REWIRE Coaches Seminar, Santa Clara, with Coach Adarian Barr

June 22nd & 23rd, 2019

Have you ever had a moment where everything you thought you knew about human movement was flipped on its head and you were opened up to a new world of possibilities?

How often have you had coaching and instruction where there were instant results, and not just being told you need to go backwards in performance before you go forwards?

Would you like to train based on models that the best athletes in the world actually demonstrate in competition?

Just over a year ago, I met coach Adarian Barr, and his work has changed me forever as an athlete and coach.  Those who have worked with him have felt and noticed the same.  Below are just some of what coaches and athletes are finding from coach Barr.

“I have attended many conferences over the years and many times I have walked away feeling like I have spent money to listen to a lot of smart guys give power point presentations. I learned some things, but nothing that really changed how I coach.  I can say with 100% certainty that my time with Adarian is the most beneficial thing I have done in 16 years of coaching.”

Mike Kozak, Soar Fitness Systems

“Game changer…..I first heard about Coach Barr via Just Fly Sports Podcast about a year ago. The stuff he talked about was not that obvious to me at the time, but I got intrigued. Couple months later I met Joel and our conversation ended up on “Adarian’s Way”. I kept asking questions and he concluded – Go to Adarian!

So I did.

The way Adarian see movement makes you stop and think. I never experienced an eye opener close to what I’ve gone through over the three days I spent with Coach Barr. I’m a different coach now. I’m a different person now. The only reason I’m not visiting Adarian on weekly basis is the fact it takes me 20 hours flight to get there. I wholeheartedly recommend Adarian’s Clinic to any track or athletic development coach. You’ll get yourself rewired.”

Piotr Maruszewski, Track and Field Coach, UKSCA Accredited Coach, Weightlifting Coach.

“Working with Coach Barr has taken my sport performance business to the next level. He teaches concepts that are years beyond the popular sprinting and athletic training models.”

 Kendrique Coats, Coats Performance

These are just a few of the many people who have been impacted by coach Barr’s methods.

Who is Adarian Barr?

After 20 years of his own track career, Adarian Barr set out to share his passion and knowledge of movement with the next generation. Kicking off in 1995 at Chico State University, he worked with athletes of every skill level and history.  Barr’s collegiate track and field coaching stops have included UW-Superior, Indiana State, UNC Pembroke, and Yuba City Community College.

He has invented 9 devices from footwear to sleds to exercise devices. Adarian is a USATF Level II coach in the sprints, jumps, hurdles and relays. He has a master’s degree in Physical Education.

Adarian’s mission has been using nature’s design as a base model to establish proper athletic and training practices.  His breakthroughs have led to his complete overhaul of the movement paradigm.  Adarian has able to codify movement into core principles that provide infinite configurations. These concepts have given birth the humble yet cutting edge programming and tools to re-establish a connection between the athlete and his own chassis.

Quite simply, Adarian Barr’s methods get results and are the result of a man who has honed the craft of observing human movement, and using his own body as a lab to get his athletes the best possible results.

Listen to my first podcast with Adarian Barr on biomechanics aspects of sprinting.

It is my goal to help bring those ideas and results to you in an upcoming seminar with coach Barr.  His work has changed the perspectives of many, but ultimately, it is something that is ultimately experienced in person.

Coach Barr and I both believe heavily in the importance of tasting your own cooking before you serve it.

Coach Barr is coming to Zenith Strength and Performance in Santa Clara California on June 22nd and 23rd in his next stop on the “Rewire” seminar series.  The rewire seminar is all about getting the body back to its natural tuning and explosive capabilities, and “unwiring” many of the rigid ways that we have lost our innate movement and explosive capabilities.  Topics in this practical, hands on seminar will include:

  • How to train and create sensation in the feet that allows for an instant athletic boost
  • Why the inside edge of the foot is the key to explosiveness, and how to unlock the transverse plane in movement
  • Athletic posture and how to allow the human body to work from a proper balance point
  • How to understand timing of joints, muscles, and where and how the arms should complement the legs in sprinting and jumping
  • How to watch video for maximal benefit
  • Why achieving active pronation will create a springboard effect that amplifies power output
  • How running is the foundation of movement
  • Cutting edge training methods and techniques
  • And more exclusive training information not found anywhere else

Each day will be a 5-hour, intensive series of lectures and practical training and movement under coach Barr.

Saturday, June 22: 12 Noon- 5:30PM (Check in and lunch @ 11:00-noon)

Sunday, June 23: 9:00AM- 3:00PM

(After going to enough seminars, I can tell you that after the first 5-6 hours, most people are checked out, so this seminar is set up that the information sinks in maximally and each day stays fresh.)

The cost of the 2-day seminar is $500.  In looking back on my time with coach Barr and its change to my work, what I’ve learned is virtually priceless, and similar two day expert seminars can run you a significantly higher price.  Don’t miss out on feeling for yourself what it is like to sprint, jump and move as your body has intended.

This seminar is limited to 10 coaches (so act soon), to allow for maximal attention and interaction with coach Barr.  This isn’t meant to be a seminar where you are lost in the backdrop, but is a fully immersive movement experience.

Adarian Barr has helped me learn so much that isn’t in text books. He has helped me to tune up several Blue Chip Athletes to go D1 in track, soccer, baseball and football.

Cary Hiner, Absolute Athlete Performance

I spent a little more than 2 hours with Coach Barr and in that time we touched on topics that ranged from pinky toes to brain processing. Most importantly time is spent doing everything he speaks about and you feel the difference immediately.

Jeremiah Flood, Sports Performance Director

I have trained under coach Barr since 2010 and under his tutelage I have been able to tap into my full potential. Due in part to coach Barr’s vast knowledge of how the body works and no wasted movements in our sport, I have been able to compete and succeed at the collegiate level.  His attention to detail is second to none, and has enabled not only myself, but others to perform to the best of their ability.  Coach Barr is the type of coach that every athlete needs.

Chantiel Harden, Track and Field Athlete

When I met Adarian, I was a mediocre track and field hurdler at best. Long story short, I neded up becoming the Men’s Track and Field Team Captain at Cal Poly SLO.  Don’t seek out Adarian if you are looking to improve.  Seek out Adarian if you are looking to transform.  Get ready for instant results.

Kevin Staniszewski, Track and Field Athlete
